SIOR/GEDA Continuing Education and Joint Reception

Selig Enterprises, Inc. is hosting a networking reception for the Georgia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and you, our GEDA members, on Wednesday, November 3rd from 4-6 PM at

Scofflaw Brewing which is 1.3 miles NW of The Works on Chattahoochee Ave NW. Thank you, Selig Enterprises!

Also, you are welcome to attend a three-hour Continuing Education (CE) class, presented by local, regional, and state leadership, mostly GEDA members, that will take place prior to the reception.  It aims to summarize how the COVID pandemic has significantly altered the practice of the commercial real estate industry.  Panel members will analyze both the temporary economic impact of the pandemic while also addressing the long-term forecast for both the industrial and office sectors. GEDA members are welcome to attend the CE class and get three (3) CE credit hours for free (!), as SIOR guests.  The location for the CE is 1295 Chattahoochee Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.
