GEDA Webinar - C-PACE, How Do We Use It?

**The webinar scheduled for Friday, December 6th has been postponed to Tuesday, January 7th, 12 pm.  Prior registrations made for the event will automatically be transferred to the new date**

Earlier this year, Governor Kemp signed HB 206 which is new legislation about a financing tool called C-PACE: Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy. This legislation gives development authorities the opportunity to use this resource. This webinar will be focused on how we can use this financing structure.
