GEDA Webinar - C-PACE, How Do We Use It?

**The webinar originally scheduled for Friday, October 18 has been postponed to Friday, December 6, 10 am.  Registrations made for the October date will automatically be transferred to the new date**

Earlier this year, Governor Kemp signed HB 206 which is new legislation about a financing tool called C-PACE: Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy. This legislation gives development authorities the opportunity to use this resource. This webinar will be focused on how we can use this financing structure.
