Director of Economic
Development Incentive Program
TVA Economic Development

As Director of Economic Development Incentive Programs, Stephen serves a team that is responsible for developing and delivering TVA Economic Development incentives. The current incentive portfolio is comprised of four primary programs and performance agreements with Valley companies assisting in investing and retaining or creating new jobs.

Prior to this role, Stephen oversaw management of the regional development team and rural development program. This included assisting prospective and existing industries, facilitating financial services and helping communities support and grow local businesses.


Heather Teilhet
Sr. Vice President, External Affairs
Oglethorpe Power Corporation
Heather H. Teilhet is Sr. Vice President of External Affairs at Oglethorpe Power Corporation, one of the nation's largest power supply cooperatives in assets, annual sales and customers served.  Oglethorpe Power supplies generation to 38 Electric Membership Corporations (EMC's) in Georgia, which serve more than four million citizens across approximately two-thirds of the state's land area.  Oglethorpe Power has more than $16 billion in assets and annual revenue of approximately $2 billion.
 
Heather is responsible for Corporate Communications, federal and state level Governmental Affairs and Community Relations for Oglethorpe Power.  Heather’s team represents Oglethorpe before U.S. Congress, federal and state regulatory agencies, the Georgia General Assembly, Governor's Office, Constitutional Offices and other governmental entities. 


Mike Robinson
VP, Grid Transformation
Georgia Power Company
Mike Robinson serves as the Vice President of Grid Transformation, Power Delivery for Georgia Power. In this role, Mike leads an organization responsible for distribution and transmission planning, administration of the Georgia Integrated Transmission System, data analytics and fiber strategy, and Power Delivery compliance. Mike works with multiple organizations to identify our long-term transmission and distribution strategies to address our future needs. He actively engages with system and industry partners to appropriately identify industry-wide solutions, alternatives, and emerging technologies. Mike has comprehensive experience across Power Delivery and the Georgia Integrated Transmission System.

Cancellation, Refund, & No-Show Policy

  • A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation, or attend the event, is considered a "No-Show.” No-Shows are not eligible for refunds or credits, and are still liable for outstanding balances. Those who are ill and have a doctor’s excuse or a death in the family will be excused.
  • Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
  • There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations after the close of business (5:00 pm) seven days prior the event.
  • All cancellation requests must be received in writing (email or hard copy) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.
  • When possible, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • For those who have registered and choose the bill me or pay by check option, you are still subject to the refund policy.
